Floor and head track to be fitted with correct size nails and correct distance apart. Studs to be crimped or screwed throughout with door frames screwed only. Door timbers screwed in securely. Stud to be fitted to enable a plasterboard to sail behind where necessary. Deflection detail to be fitted to site specific rules. Fire rips to be fitted tightly and fire mastic used on any joins. Remove excess materials from site unless they may be required, in which case store appropriately. Check for cleanliness. Check that isoedge has been installed, if required. Check that all MF5 has been screwed in place and not clipped. Remove excess materials from site unless they may be required for patching in which case store appropriately. Check for cleanliness. After tacking and drylining: Check general quality of work, for example are all screws flush, are there any unacceptable gaps and are any boards unsecured. Check that reveals are even, plumb and square. Check that enough drywall adhesive is being used and it is continuous around the edges of the boards and all sockets. Arrange for any boards or fixings to be removed from site. Check socket holes are cut accurately. Check for cleanliness. Check general finish with attention to internal corners. Check that the door linings have been left free from excess plaster. Check the floors have been scraped and all areas thoroughly cleaned up. Remove the completed Site Induction and Toolbox Talks register to return to the office. Finalise and sign up any extras. Notify the office so the final account can be arranged.
