I have read and understand Titan’s Health & Safety Policy. I will endeavour to keep myself informed of its contents and any changes that affect the undertaking of the company and their working practices. I will engage in safe working systems and practices at work and will inform management immediately of any incidents where safety may be compromised, and share my thoughts on any ways I feel safety can be improved.
I will attend any safety training when required.
I will work with Titan to maintain a ‘Positive Culture of Safety’ at all times.
