All Titan operatives have been inducted. The Titan Site File is onsite. Photo of Site File Induction Register has been taken. All equipment/tools being used on site are suitable for the task and in good order. Working at height equipment being used is appropriate for the task and formally inspected and scaff tag has been updated. (Notes below and photo of scaff tag please) No – There are no operatives working above 2m. Yes – Operatives working above 2m, formal WAH equipment inspections being carried out at lease every 7-days. I have carried out a visual check on all portable electrical items. Hazardous substances are being used/handled/stored in a safe manner. Materials are being transported, unloaded and stored safely. Temporary (stair) handrails are in place where needed. Manual Handling has been reduced or adequately managed. I have checked CSCS cards for all operatives. Work areas are clean and tidy. There is sufficient lighting for the tasks being carried out. Cable management is adequate and safe. Noise levels are acceptable/adequately controlled. Appropriate PPE is being worn by all Titan operatives. Welfare facilities are in good order. Material Storage, Waste & Environmental Management is in order. Additional Toolbox Talks required.
