The Annual Review meeting is a time to reflect on an Employee’s successes (identifying strengths) and also areas for improvement. This is also an opportunity for the Employee to discuss any issues that have been on their mind, anything their manager feels could improve processes, or make things run more smoothly – as well as discussing any ideas for personal development, training or further education.
