I have read and understand Titan’s Health & Safety Policy. I will endeavour to keep myself informed of its contents and any changes that affect the undertaking of the company and their working practices.
I will engage in safe working systems and practices at work and will inform management immediately of any incidents where safety may be compromised, and share my thoughts on any ways I feel safety can be improved.
I will attend all Site Inductions and any Toolbox Talks when required.
I agree to read Titan’s Method and Risk Assessments relevant to the task I am carrying out, on every site I attend, and will communicate with Titan’s Site Manager/Supervisor if I am not clear on any matters.
If using a Mobile Phone on site, I agree to FIRST stop and make safe what I am doing and ensure that I am in a safe place, away from others working, machinery and vehicles. If the site has a designated mobile phone area, then I will NOT use my phone outside of this area. I will not walk around site whilst on my mobile phone.
I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that all electrical tools I bring to site are PAT tested regularly by a qualified PAT tester.
I will work with Titan to maintain a ‘Positive Culture of Safety’ at all times.
