Titan Drylining Ltd (the FIRAS Certified company) contracts the subcontractor (named here on this agreement) for the purpose of the installation of passive fire protection systems under the FIRAS Scheme.
The subcontractor agrees to comply with all relevant FIRAS requirements, and to ensure that the quality of the installation is not compromised by any actions for which they are responsible.
Titan Drylining Ltd is contractually responsibly for the compliance of the completed installation to the specified standard. Inspection of the completed works will be undertaken by an appropriately nominated Titan employee.
This agreement does not confer on the subcontractor the right to make any claims under the FIRAS scheme, nor use of the FIRAS logo.
This agreement is made between Titan Drylining Ltd and the named subcontractor signing this agreement.
